Can I cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t yet been dispatched, we may be able to cancel it.

Please contact us as soon as possible at
hello@lunafleece.com with your order number.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible.


What if my order arrives damaged?

If your Luna Fleece arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at
hello@lunafleece.com and include photos of the issue.

We’ll review the details and ensure it’s resolved as quickly as possible.


What if I entered the wrong address?

Please double-check your shipping details at checkout.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, we’re unable to make changes to the delivery address.


Will I be charged customs or import fees?

For UK orders, no additional customs or import fees are expected.

If international shipping becomes available, customers will be responsible for any customs duties or taxes required by their local authorities.


Do you offer gift receipts or gift options?

At this time, we don’t offer gift receipts.

However, all Luna Fleece orders arrive without pricing information and are thoughtfully packaged to feel gift-ready.
